Meet Oliver

Born into a family of Los Angeles real estate and interior design professionals, Oliver Thornton developed an appreciation for the real estate industry at a young age. Since earning his real estate license in 2015 and hisbroker’s license in 2019, he has facilitated over 30 real estate transactions totaling close to $100M in sales volume; has broken many sales records, including having the highest sale in all of Outpost Estates / Hollywood Hills West in 2020 with 7123 Macapa Drive ($7.25M); and has built an extensive roster of celebrity, entertainment, and high net worth clients. In addition to his sales resume, Oliver has developed a successful resume in helping various real estate developers syndicate capital for their development projects. Oliver’s success as a top-producing agent despite being a young gun in the industry is due to his exceptional customer service skills, unparalleled work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail, as well as his transparent and direct approach to handling real estate transactions. This has allowed Oliver to become one of the leading real estate agents in Hollywood Hills and Greater Los Angeles.

 

Prior to dedicating his full-time focus to real estate, Oliver received his bachelor’s degree in business management from California Lutheran University (CLU). While at CLU, Oliver was the founder and president of the Delta Sigma Pi (DSP) business fraternity. He grew DSP into the largest active chapter on the entire West Coast with a member base of ~70 people, and it made a tremendous impact philanthropically. In addition to the development of DSP, Oliver’s autistic and entrepreneurial roots motivated him to start a company called Coding Autism, which was a successful autism-specialized coding academy that prepared autistic talent for the technology workforce. As a result of Oliver’s entrepreneurial endeavors at CLU and post-CLU with Coding Autism, Oliver earned CLU’s Outstanding Young Alumni Award, won several other startup competitions, and earned an opportunity to speak at TEDx on the topic of autism and technology. Along with pursuing real estate full time, Oliver is currently pursuing a master’s degree in innovative design, business, and technology at the University of Southern California, where he is learning more about how to constellate his modern approach to real estate and his other entrepreneurial aspirations.

 

Dedicated to many important social causes, Oliver contributes to organizations assisting those facing autism, mental health issues, and homelessness. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, reading, working out, listening to and recording music, frequenting the beach, snowboarding, meditating, and spending time with family and friends.
