AERIAL DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY

We work with the best  drone photographers in Los Angeles to photograph a birds-eye-view of your property and its amenities along with notable vantage points nearby the property such as views and landmarks. Sometimes on-ground photos, especially with larger estates, don't capture the scale of a home as drone photos do so it is essential to leverage drone photography for generating additional visibility to our listings.

3D MATTERPORT VIRTUAL SCANNING

We work with a Matterport 3D professional to create a three-dimensional virtual tour of your property, allowing agents and prospective buyers from around the world to virtually walk through your home. We also have the Matterport professional create a top-down dollhouse view for each level of the home, allowing the users a clear view of the property layout. This is then embedded into the MLS listing, the professional property website, e-blasts, and other marketing content.

LIFESTYLE LISTING VIDEOGRAPHY

Over the last decade we have seen video become arguably the most important channel for generating exposure for a listing. Understanding this, we work with the city’s leading videographers specializing in real estate videography to capture the unique lifestyle enabled by living at your property. We capture generic shots on ground and with drone as well as lifestyle videography shots that include models, actors, influencers, etc to help showcase the lifestyle one would have if living in your home.
