A veteran agent since 1999, R.C. Thornton has amassed over $300M in sales during his distinguished career and has sold more than 75 homes in Sunset Strip, Mount Olympus, and throughout Hollywood Hills, where he was one of the leading agents in the area between 2004-2008. What sets him apart from others in the industry is his unmatched devotion to his clients, who appreciate R.C.’s sincerity, honesty, loyalty, and, above all, his ability to listen. For R.C., nothing is more important than knowing his clients — and he truly gets to know them. He also has something that many agents do not — a pure passion for real estate. R.C. wakes up thinking about it, goes to sleep thinking about it, and will stop at nothing to achieve the results his clients demand and deserve.

 

In addition to R.C.’s exceptional skills as an agent, he boasts an impressive resume in residential real estate development — having built and sold more than 50 homes in Los Angeles since the mid-2000s. He also recently built and sold 7123 Macapa, the most expensive property in Outpost Estates to sell in 2020 for $7.25M. Having grown up in a family of developers, R.C. has been drawn to the industry ever since he can remember, and he’s been cultivating his real estate knowledge since then. His unique background enables him to handle every variation of real estate, from previewing and showing homes to building and selling properties.

 

When R.C. isn’t out in the field, he enjoys landscape architecture, traveling, his dynamic family, volunteering for the PTA, and taking part in charitable events that benefit his community.
