With nearly 10 years in the real estate business, Kyle offers extensive knowledge of all aspects of the transaction. Her career began in 2012 as a buyer’s agent at Sotheby’s in Los Angeles, where she helped dozens of buyers find their dream home. From there, she moved to Detroit to pursue commercial real estate. She spent 6 years leading the redevelopment of downtown Detroit through commercial leasing with the city’s largest developer. Kyle completed 25+ deals and brought 75,000+ sq. ft. of new retail and restaurants downtown, including iconic tenants like H&M, Lululemon, Shake Shack and more.

 

Also while in Detroit, Kyle and her partner Jacob acquired and rehabbed 100+ single-family homes and started a non-profit to teach skilled trades to community members in need. She returned home to Los Angeles in 2021 to get back to her roots and rekindle her passion for helping buyers find their dream home.

 

Kyle graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley with a multi-disciplinary degree in Language and Power, and spent one year studying business at the Sorbonne in Paris.
